Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Bill provides strategic leadership and oversee operations, finance, accounting, human resources and IT functions across all aspects of the Saban Brands businesses, including the television and movie production entities. Prior to joining Saban Brands, Bill served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of The Beanstalk Group, LLC, an Omnicom Group, Inc. agency. During his ten-year tenure with Beanstalk, he oversaw the development and implementation of the agency's strategic direction as well as operations for all departments, offices and committees within the organization. In addition, he led or participated in ten acquisitions, divestitures and related transactions, assisted in the restructuring of the company's U.K.-based subsidiary by handling all European licensing operations and led the formation of a Hong Kong-based subsidiary to handle all Pan-Asian licensing. Bill holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Hillsdale College.
